Sunport hourly parking and published rates
The airport’s garage tariff begins with a free stay under ten minutes, followed by a $3 charge for 10–30 minutes. Longer garage visits have stepped charges. Time the stay from parking entry until exit, including the walk to the terminal and any flight delay. Leave enough room in the plan if you will escort someone, help with luggage or wait at baggage claim.
Meeting an arriving passenger
The free Sunport cell-phone waiting lot is at 2325 Sunport Loop SE , north of the terminal and beside the Sheraton Hotel. You must remain with your vehicle while waiting. Ask your passenger to call after collecting their bags, confirm the pickup location, then follow the terminal signs to meet them.

To greet someone inside, use a parking space and meet in the public arrivals area. Check the official ABQ arrivals board before leaving, and allow for the time after landing to leave the aircraft and collect baggage.
Dropping someone off at ABQ
Have luggage and documents ready before joining the terminal approach. For a quick drop-off, unload in a permitted area and follow the signs and staff directions. If the passenger needs extended help, park first so you can assist without rushing at the curb.
Arrange wheelchair assistance with the airline ahead of travel. If you are combining passenger drop-off with a separate parking reservation, agree a meeting point and budget for the driver’s extra journey back to the terminal.
Parking for an overnight or weekend trip
